Cash withdrawal
A Nordea ATM is located right outside the Forum entrance. In Forum, we accept Dankort at the box office and Diners, Visa and Eurocard as payment in the restaurant.

Cloak Room
At all trade fairs and exhibitions there is a staffed cloak room for your convenience, usually located in the foyer.
The price is DKK 25 per item. At concerts, the price is DKK 30 per item.

Parking
Forum is located in the Frederiksberg parking zone, where parking is free for the first two hours. If you need to park for a longer period of time, you must purchase an all-day parking permit. This permit can be purchased at the coat check.

In the Frederiksberg parking zone parking is free on weekdays after 8 pm, on Saturdays after 3 pm, and on Sundays.

A two- minutes walk from Forum on Julius Thomsens gade, there is a parking area with 100 parking spots. Dkk 9,- pr. hour and is open 7 days a week.
On the corner of Blågårdsgade and Åboulevarden is "Det Grønne P-hus". Parking is also DKK 9 per hour. The parking garage is only a few hundred metre from Forum and is also open 7 days a week. See more at europark.dk

Handicap facilities
A lift for wheelchairs is located at the stairs by the entrance. Restrooms for the disabled are located to the left of the stairs in the hall.
 
Lost items
Lost items is only maintained for 14 days after the event. The lost items can be picked up during the following office hours: Monday through Thursday 9 am - 4 pm and Fridays 9 am - 3 pm.
